Promo Mechanics
- This promo is open to all existing PLDT myDSL subscribers, to join – must be a fan of the PLDT Watchpad page on Facebook.
- This nationwide promotion is applicable from August 3 to August 27, 2011.
- Every day at 12NN during the promo period, 3 photos will be posted on the PLDT Watchpad Facebook page – www.facebook.com/watchpad via an application tab – Free 5MB Speed Upgrade Promo. Cut off period for voting is exactly at 2:01PM.
- The fan will be asked to VOTE for a photo of their choice. The fan should register in PLDT myDSL Watchpad’s application tab – Free 5MB Speed Upgrade Promo.
A. Participants will have to enter the following details:
- Name
- Birthday
- Complete Address
- Telephone Number
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Indicate if they are an existing DSL Subscriber
B. Vote one (1) photo from the three (3) photos posted in the tab.
- Database from the voting shall be consolidated and One (1) winner will be chosen via electronic raffle (www.random.org) everyday at 4PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
- The first draw will be held on August 3 at 4PM, succeeding draws will be held daily from Monday-Friday, where winners will get a PLDT myDSl Jacket. And a bonus raffle for the winning photo shall get a free upgrade to Plan 5Mbps for 5 months on his myDSL subscription, effective on the next billing month. And every Saturday, winners for the bonus raffle will get an Upgrade to 5Mbps, a WiFi Modem and a Sony VAIO Laptop. Winners will be drawn from Monday-Saturday at 4PM at Tribal DDB’s office located at 16F Two World Square #22 Upper McKinley Road McKinley Town Center Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
- A PLDT myDSL subscriber can only win one daily prize (From August 2-August 26) but are still qualified to win in the grand raffle draw on August 27.
- All non-winning entries/ fans who participated daily for 22 days shall be included/ qualify for a chance to win an Upgrade to 5Mbps, WiFi Modem, Telpad, Sony Internet TV in the grand raffle draw on August 27. Only One (1) winner for the Grand Raffle.
- On the Grand Raffle Draw on August 27 (4PM), consolation prizes will be given to 5 lucky winners: 2 winners of a WiFi Modem, 2 winners of a Telpad and 1 winner of a Sony VAIO Laptop.
- Winners will be notified via a notification letter thru registered mail, an email and their names will be posted on the Facebook page by the Watchpad admin and announced on Eat Bulaga between 12NN-2PM from Monday to Saturday and FM Radio stations – Jam 88.3, Wave 891, Magic 89.9, and RX 93.1 between 4-6PM from Monday-Saturday.
- Prizes may be claimed at the PLDT Marketing Services Department located at 3/F Ramon Cojuangco Building Makati Avenue Makati City upon presentation of one (1) valid photo ID and notification letter. If winner is not a PLDT myDSL subscriber on record, an authorization letter from PLDT subscriber on record must be presented prior to release of prize. (Please look for Angie Dy)
- Provincial winners may present their valid photo ID and notification letter at the nearest PLDT Business Office in their area to claim their prize.
- Winners should be in good credit standing to claim his prize (no outstanding balance beyond 60 days).
- Prizes should be redeemed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days will be forfeited in favor of PLDT with prior approval from DTI.
- Winners shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
- Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
- Promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing in-store promotions.
- Employees of PLDT, its advertising agencies, and promo agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Existing credit and application policies, terms & conditions for PLDT myDSL Plans will apply for this promotion. Customers may check the complete PLDT myDSL terms & conditions at www.myworldmydsl.com.
- In cases of dispute, the decision of PLDT in concurrence with DTI shall be deemed final. Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 5723, Series of 2011.
